The work is requisition-driven: the customer identifies the technical resources it needs, and CEdge recruits, screens, and places qualified people against those needs.

We manage the full placement cycle for the customer’s requisitions. That includes finding candidates, evaluating their fit, presenting qualified resources, and placing personnel once the customer selects them, with account-level management of open requisitions along the way.
