LOUIS, MO — March 2, 2021 — CEdge, Inc. announced today that it has been awarded a prime contract position on the Defense Intelligence Agency’s (DIA) Solutions for the Information Technology Enterprise III (SITE III) vehicle, contract number HHM402-21-D-0054. SITE III is a multiple-award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a total program ceiling of $12.6 billion and a period of performance running through March 1, 2031.
About the SITE III Contract
DIA’s Virginia Contracting Activity awarded SITE III to 144 contractors — 107 small businesses and 37 large businesses — following a competitive process that drew 146 offers. The program establishes a 10-year enterprise IT acquisition vehicle supporting the evolving needs of the Defense Intelligence Agency and the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA), enabling worldwide coverage for integrated information technology and technical support services.
Work under SITE III spans five service categories:
- Enterprise Activities & Services — IT program management, advisory, and enterprise support
- Infrastructure Development & Sustainment — networks, data centers, cloud, and end-user computing
- Application Development & Sustainment — custom software, systems integration, and modernization
- Core Support Functions — help desk, training, logistics, and mission support
- Cybersecurity Services — risk management, zero trust implementation, vulnerability management, and compliance
Task orders may be performed at government and contractor facilities in the United States and internationally.
