Our Approach
Fortune 500 Global Manufacturing — ABAP Development Program (2020–2023)
CEdge deployed a team of 30+ SAP professionals to execute a high-volume ABAP development program for a global manufacturing enterprise, operating fully within the client’s Quality Management System. Delivery spanned the complete ABAP stack: classical and interactive reporting, OO ABAP on HANA, ALE/IDOC and RFC interfaces, Web Services and APIs, module pool and Web Dynpro applications, and SAP Scripts, SmartForms, and Adobe Forms.
Monthly throughput targets — 2 high, 3 medium, and 2 low business requests per person — were tracked against four KPI dimensions: on-time delivery, quality in production, UAT defect rate, and post-go-live application failure. Functional coverage spanned SD, MM, FICO, and QM modules, with specialist resources for S/4HANA green-field and brown-field implementations, Central Finance, and product costing.
B2B eCommerce Platform — Decade-Long Delivery (2014–Present)
CEdge designed and implemented a SAP Hybris B2B eCommerce platform for a leading global manufacturing company, replacing a legacy ordering system with a cloud-hosted, multi-catalog enterprise platform serving US and Canadian markets. The engagement has grown continuously over 10+ years and has included major platform upgrades (Hybris 5.3 to 6.7), integration of 20+ EDI document types (ANSI ASC X12 via AS2/AS3 using OpenText TrustedLink), migration from Subversion to GitHub, and establishment of a full DevSecOps CI/CD pipeline with Jenkins and SonarQube. An Agile delivery model with full traceability across development, QA, and production environments has been sustained throughout, alongside Tier II/III support for the client’s internal operations.
Global Life Sciences Enterprise — SAP Enterprise Support (2016–2019)
CEdge provided enterprise SAP application support over a 3.5-year engagement to a global life sciences organization operating in a highly regulated environment.
